Chapter 630: What’s Uncertain?

The only reason he hadn’t escaped yet was that he wanted to know what had gone wrong so that he wouldn’t repeat the same mistake the next time around.

Fortunately for him, Heavy Anvil was not the only source of information for him. There was also the divine constellation as a means to acquire information.

He had been counter-investigating everyone who investigated through the divine constellation. But now, he was actively going after others and inquiring about them to investigate what was going on.

This made it so that even though Heavy Anvil didn’t want to talk, others would be forced to talk. Most of the divine beings blocked his inquiry, but he was determined to get what he wanted, no matter how much lifespan was needed.

At the end of the day, his plan worked because not everyone had the extra lifespan needed to stop him. But what surprised him was that Forced Exchange was the first to crack.

He was surprised because he didn’t expect Forced Exchange to not put up any resistance when he inquired about the money cultivator. But that wasn’t the end of his surprise.

Apparently, the information he asked for also involved Money Body. But even Money Body allowed him to see what he asked for, even though the rank 8 money cultivator could have easily blocked him with an advantage of 100 years of his lifespan to 1 year of lifespan from Money Body.

This made Loki’s eyes flash as he said to himself, ’It seems they don’t consider me a threat. This is good in that they might be underestimating me, or it could be bad in that they don’t consider me a threat because they are sure that I am done for.’

This thought went through his mind as he replayed the scene of Forced Exchange talking with Money Body. In the scene, Forced Exchange appeared in his body made of gold coins, while Money Body appeared in his body made of precious gems and various kinds of precious metals.

Monarch Money Body was sitting on a throne while Forced Exchange stood before him with two other divine beings. The four of them were having a discussion, but it was mostly Money Body and Forced Exchange that were doing all the talking.

Money Body asked with a serious tone, saying, "Are you sure?"

Forced Exchange nodded and said in reply, "Eye Tracker is certain of it. He is willing to stake his life on it that this Monarch Soul Body is the dragon."

"I was there throughout the entire tracking process, so I think he is right. The dragon left the Blessed Heaven World to destroy a small world and take the heart of the world. Then he brought the heart back to the Blessed Heaven World to use it to create a new Divine Position."

"It was during the aftermath of the creation of the Divine Position that Monarch Soul Hammer was forced into the world barrier. Craftsman’s Hammer was killed in the pursuit, but he exposed the fact that the dragon wasn’t affected by the world barrier at all."

"What is uncertain is how the dragon came to be, what its origins are, and what its purpose for doing all of these is. But we know that it is definitely a dragon."

After hearing this, Money Body frowned and said, "Be that as it may, I still have some concerns because I have never heard or seen a dragon that is unaffected by the world barrier."

"Dragons should only be able to stay in the world barrier indefinitely because they don’t lose lifespan in the world barrier. But they shouldn’t be able to use their Divine Metacs in the world barrier because they, too, should be subject to the suppression of the world barrier."

"The suppression of the world barrier is the suppression of every law fragment in the Blessed Heaven World. So if this dragon can shrug off the suppression of this Blessed Heaven World, he must have enough law fragments to rival the entire Blessed Heaven World."

After saying this, he shook his head and said, "I don’t think that is possible because the Blessed Heaven World is a super world and not just an ordinary super world. The Blessed Heaven World is the biggest world in the Sea of Worlds."

"So it should not be possible for a dragon from another super dragon not to be affected by the law suppression of the world barrier. And since this dragon wasn’t affected by the world barrier, the dragon must be an indigene of the Blessed Heaven World, not another world. After all, the immunity of the siphoning force of the world barrier is for only the dragons that were born in this world."

At this point, his brows furrowed. His frown also became deeper, and his gem eyes became clouded as he said, "There are so many unanswered questions. It seems I will have to make a move personally."

After speaking, Money Body stood up from his throne. As he moved his body, his body sparkled and shone with the light of various kinds of gems.

Then he smiled and said, "This reminds me of the good old days when I was young and hunted dragons. Fortunately, I am stronger now, so I can kill more dragons."

The scene ended there. Loki didn’t have much time to dwell on what he had seen and heard because more information was being exposed from his other inquiries.

He saw different scenes from various divine beings from different perspectives. Aside from the one involving Money Body, the scene that stood out the most to him was the scene of his identity being exposed after the Thorn House of Commerce began investigating the destruction of the Crystal City.

In this scene, he saw that his identity and past were investigated until it was revealed that he was a dragon. Then he saw the scene of nine divine beings tracking him across the Sea of Worlds.
